We are sliding rapidly toward Marxism and Communism. Toward the destruction of our country. The same thing was happening before the battles of Lexington and Concord on April 19, 1775. The British were trying to take our weapons away. The same thing is literally happening today with the old
Fraudster-in-Chief's attack on our 2nd Amendment rights and our 1st Amendment rights. We as a nation of FREE Men and Women have to ask, when do we fight to protect our Constitutional rights?

I am not talking about individuals fighting on their own. I am taking about when our State's Militia take to the field to stop Federal enforcement of unconstitutional laws, decrees and mandates.

Consider this, someone starts yelling at you from outside your house. It is three AM so you are a bit concerned. You call the Police but they are de-funded and all officers are laid off on the graveyard shift. So you wait. Soon that someone is pounding on your door. Now they are breaking your door down. What is your next step? Well, you shoot them.

In all states in our great nation, you can use Deadly Force to prevent the death or great bodily harm of an innocent. OK, that's nice, but how do you identify when this "death or great bodily harm of an innocent" moment occurs? Actually, it is not that hard. Three things have to be present.

1. Ability. Can you actually harm the innocent person?
2. Opportunity. No matter how much you want to hurt a person, you cannot harm them if they live in Washington DC and you live in Idaho. You just can't get to them.
3. Jeopardy. You actually want to hurt this person.

OK, I'll give you an example from my meter reading days. A Dog Tail, if you will.

The concrete driveway came in from the street, past the back porch and ended in a garage. Beside the porch was a small dog house but he was usually on the porch. "He" was the world's meanest dog and he hated my guts more then anything else. I did not mind because "He" was a five pound Chihuahua, paralyzed from the waist down. He was also toothless. I would walk in the yard and up to the gas meter which was by his dog house. He would start calling me just awful names in Dogease. He would then charge, or rather roll, off the porch and down the steps.

I would walk away very slowly so he could catch me. He would bit my ankle as hard as he could but he had no teeth so it did not hurt. After he finished biting me I would walk on. It made him so happy to chase me off. I really liked that dog. He had courage and did his job to the very best of his ability!

This dog had Opportunity and Jeopardy but Ability? No way. That is the thing. All three must be there. If one of the three is missing you can't, legally, use deadly force.

So, back to our three AM intruder. He breaks down your door and comes in your house to attack YOU. He comes on holding a knife and you put two rounds of 12 gauge, Double 00 Buck Shot into him and he drops like a rock. If he had been a 800 pound Grizzly bear the results would be the same. 12 Gauge 00 buck is very effective. All three criteria were present so you can open fire, legally.

So what was the intruder trying to do? He was trying to steal stuff from you. Cash, stereo, computer, maybe even your life. That did you do? You stopped him. So what does this have to do with anything? Well, it is happeneing again, Evil thieves are trying to destroy our country and steal our constitutional rights.

Over 160 years ago we fought bloodiest war in American history. We are headed for another one.

General U. S. Grant wrote in his memoirs:

"Now, the right of revolution is an inherent one. When people are oppressed by their government, it is a natural right they enjoy to relieve themselves of the oppression, if they are strong enough, either by withdrawal from it, or by overthrowing it and substituting a government more acceptable. But any people or part of a people who resort to this remedy, stake their lives, their property, and every claim for protection given by citizenship—on the issue. Victory, or the conditions imposed by the conqueror—must be the result."

Our Constitutional rights and Citizenship rights are being stolen from us. Think about it. Hundreds of thousands what am I thinking, Millions of illegal aliens are over running our boarder bringing in drugs, diseases and starting a new slave class. De-fund the Police. Muzzle us and the First Amendment with masks and cancel culture. The truth banned on Twitter and FaceBook. Big tech censoring all our thoughts. Stealing our ability to defend ourselves with unconstitutional gun laws. Look at what is happening in New York, California and Chicago.

In 1861 U.S. Grant said:

"The shot-gun was not resorted to. Masked men did not ride over the country at night intimidating voters; but there was a firm feeling that a class existed in every State with a sort of divine right to control public affairs. If they could not get this control by one means they must by another. The end justified the means. The coercion, if mild, was complete."

Grant was talking about coercing people into voting for candidates who supported the institution of slavery. The same people responsible for slavery are responsible for trying to steal our Constitutional rights... the Democrat party. Think I am wrong? Ever hear of Senator Byrd? Byrd was a high-ranking member of the Ku Klux Klan during the early 1940s. He claimed he forsook all that. Do you believe him? I do not. He was just an older version of the Fraudster-in-Chief There are others but maybe you need to do the research yourself and verify everything yourself. Yes, I know what Politifact claims, if you believe them. I remember this quote from the Vorlons on the TV Series Babylon 5.

"Understanding is a three edged sword: your side, their side, and the truth.. "

Just like back in 1861, the rats are trying to make a new slave class... us. Watch out. Us is anyone who will not toe the line the progressives set. Whoever you are, you had better obey. We need to assess what we do next carefully. The thief has broken down the door, has a gun in his hand and is coming in. He is after your citizenship, your house, your money, your guns, your freedom, everything you have and you too.

So the question is... when do I open fire?

We need to take to heart what Winston Churchill said:

“If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you will come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves.”

Remember the old saying "When you rob Peter to pay Paul, you can always rely on Paul's vote." Keep doing it and Peter just might have a Lexington and Concord moment like he did in 1775.

I just ran across this today. In an opinion column on TownHall.com by Pat Buchanan, someone who calls themselves "28ed", said this in the comments section:

"Two years ago, on the eve of the new year, 2020, there was no abyss to stare into. The country was purring along like Brandon Brown's well-tuned race car at Talladega. Even though all democrats in DC were still chasing myths and ghosts regarding the most successful president in recent memory, everything that mattered was nice and rosy.

We were blissfully unaware a modern iteration of Dr. Frankenstein was lurking in the bowels of the swamp tinkering around with corona viruses in a lab in China. And even after we did know, the thing we were staring into was more of a rut than an abyss. But before that, Trump "lost" what should have been a Reaganesque landslide thanks to an endless election day that lasted for two months, give or take an early morning or two.

In short order the rut became a canyon, then a grand one, then a Mariana Trench-like chasm, and finally an abyss with handbaskets lined up just waiting for the cruise in the Styx (River, not rock band) far below.

The first was he didn't spell his surname T-R-U-M-P, and the second was he would end the plague co-founded by the ChiComs and Dr. Frankenstein 2.0fauci. The fact that he is senile, a career DC insider and influence peddler, a hair-sniffing racist, and incompetent as all get out didn't matter to the aforementioned lemmings, who as usual, voted early and often for him.

And now everything costs more, even the tickets for the aforementioned handbaskets. Even with the democrat sponsored plague, things were still not all that bad a year ago. There was hope as about this time we learned that vaccines were on the way, and things were gradually (as in glacially gradually) inching sorta back to something a bit closer to normal than a month or so prior. It all changed on Jan. 20, 2021, about noon EST. That's when the most inept, most corrupt and most vile POTUS ever elected to the office was cursed in, I mean sworn in, and the US was instantly cursed.

That about says it all. We are being destroyed by the Progressive DemocRATS.

Well, I give up. No one ever sends me any comments that disagree with my comments. No noth'en, nada, zip, zero, nothing. I am sorry to say but it must be true. The Progressive Democrats have based all they say on NOTHING. Oh well, you can still E-mail me.

Like always I am really interested in what you say but I don't give a flying passage of gas in a hot place about what you think!

WOW, what does that mean? Simply this. I am interested in what you say about the things I say and you can tell the truth to me because you can't offend me. That is because I don't care about what you think of me! You can FLAME me, Rant and Rave, say you love me or say you hate me, it's all the same to me!

I am interested in how you come to whatever opinion you have, why you say what you say. Lately, I keep hearing and reading about people who say they HATE, absolutely HATE President Trump and the deplorable people who voted for him. They are just liar, liar pants on fire and they kill little puppies too. However, they never seem to be able to give proof or at least some kind of reason for what they say. I gave you reasons why I feel as I do so if you disagree with me can you give me some reason why?
